How do I connect with my co-parent?

Go to the My Network tab, tap ‘Add Connection’, and search for your co-parent using their name or email. Send them a connection request from within the app. Once they accept, you’ll be able to message, share calendars, and more.

Is my data secure?

Yes. CoParentPro uses TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit, Firebase Authentication for secure access, and Firestore security rules to ensure only authorized users can access data. We take your family's privacy very seriously.

Can I export my messages for court?

Yes. Go to any conversation, tap the export button, and generate a court-ready report. Reports include SHA-256 integrity verification to help verify the messages haven't been tampered with.

How does the communication analysis work?

Our AI analyzes your message tone in real-time using on-device natural language processing. Messages are classified as constructive (green), cautionary (yellow), or potentially harmful (red). The analysis runs on your device — your message content is not sent to external servers for analysis.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your app store. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

When you request account deletion, there's a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel. After that, your personal data is permanently removed. Message content is anonymized but preserved for court compliance purposes.

Do both parents need the app?

For the best experience, yes. Both parents need their own CoParentPro account to use shared messaging, calendars, and expense tracking. Each parent manages their own subscription.

Is CoParentPro available in my country?

CoParentPro is currently available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia via the App Store and Google Play Store. We're working on expanding to additional regions.
